Return and Refund Policy for Bluevery Shop

At Bluevery Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Timeframe

We offer a 7 days return window. You must initiate the return request within 7 DAYS of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or as store credit if requested).

  • Timing: Please allow REFUND PROCESSING TIME, 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Exchange Options

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof to help us process your claim faster.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for verified damaged goods.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care items (beauty products, grooming kits).

  • Innerwear or intimate apparel.

  • Items on "Final Sale" or clearance.

  • Gift cards.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
